I'm sick of not being happy with my body, and I've decided to do something about it. My goal? 20 pounds by summer? Sounds reasonable right? I hope so. I want a gap between my thighs, visible hip bones, toned arms, and most of all, a perfect little flat tummy. I just want confidence. Why is it so fucking hard to get? Not anymore. I'm determined now.
